H1 - weak force crash course

the lifespan of a force, $\mathrm{\Delta }t$, so it can interact within a distance of $c\mathrm{\Delta }t$

natural units: $c=\hslash =1$

therefore, range of an object $\frac{c}{e}=\frac{c}{M}$

so, the heavier an object, the sorter its lifespan, and shorter its interaction distance

weak force: $Z^0$ and $W^{\pm }$

quark combinations: mesons ($q\overline{q}$ ) and baryons ($qqq$ or $\overline{q}\overline{q}\overline{q}$)

CPT and flavour are conserved by strong and EM forces

but flavour is not conserved by weak force

eg: $n^0\to p^{+}+(W^{-})l+{\overline{\nu }}_l$, where, $l\in \{e,\mu ,\tau \}$

$Z^0\to l+\overline{l}$ or $Z^0\to q+\overline{q}$ or $Z^0\to {\nu }_l+{\overline{\nu }}_l$
